Life on the Islands

This is an outdoors holiday and you will feel it! There are thousands of islands out there, almost all of them uninhibited. You can just look for that perfect spot, set up camp and make the island your own for a night. It’ll probably look like you’re the first ones there, ever.

You’ll chop your own wood and cook all your food on the camping stoves or on the fire. You’ll quickly turn into a well-oiled team and experience the fun of just being together doing simple stuff in a magnificent setting. Since you’ve got nowhere in particular you have to go, there’s no reason not to kick back for a day if the weather’s sunny and the swimming’s good.

Fishing is great fun and we provide you with rods and lures. You’re most likely to catch perch or pike, but you can get trout and salmon if you’re lucky or have a bit of skill. All the same, no matter the fish they all taste great when you’ve just caught it and grilled it on the fire.

Cooking and meals are of great importance on a trip like this. You put a lot of effort towards them and a good meal is a real highlight when you’ve paddled all day. There’s no need to be compromising when it comes to food and beverage, as the kayaks are quite roomy. We provide you with large utensils to use on the fire, as well as camping stoves. We’ll give you everything you need from plates to potato peelers, from matches to griddle. Don’t be scared to plan for some great meals out there. You won’t regret it and you won’t miss a thing from civilisation.

"Sea kayaking in Saint Anna was an adventure in every sence of the word rather than following the same old beaten tourist trail. The landscape was incredible and not having a guide made it lots more fun! It was one of the best travel-
ling experiences I've had!"
