Cooking:
1. Boil rice.
2. Fry onion on low heat. Add mince and green pepper. Fry for a few minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingridients except for the beans. Boil quite heavily for 10 minutes. Stir often. When most of the fluid is gone, add the beans as well as salt and pepper to taste. Heat.
4. Serve with rice, sour cream and sweet corn. |
