Cooking:
1. You need to make a fire and wait until it's only glowing.
2. Slice the Falukorv, but not all the way through. Put it on buttered aluminum foil. Stick the cheese into your almost slices of Falukorv. Put wedges of onion and apple on both sides and roll the pack up. Use an extra layer of foil to be sure. Put the package on the bed of ember for 15 - 30 minutes.
3. In the meantime, make the mashed potatoes.
4. Serve sausage with mashed potatoes and perhaps some ketchup or chili sauce. |
