Cooking:
1. Sliced all the fruit into a boil. Add the fruit cocktail.
2. Sprinkle crushed walnuts/raisins on top.
3. If it's the early days of your trip you can whip creme fraiche 34%, add 100 ml of sugar and juice from half a lime.
4. Serve fruit salad with creme fraiche.
