sausages, e.g. hot dogs, bratwurst, cabanoss, thick sausages |
Cooking:
1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Make sure they stay firm! Cool completely.
2. Finely chop onions qnd chop capers. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream and add all ingridients except potatoes. Stir and add salt and pepper.
3. Slice potatoes and gently stir with mix.
4. Barbecue or fry sausages and serve with potato salad. |
